The platform delivers a dynamic, easy-to-navigate experience for clients, caregivers, and administrators, emphasizing accessibility, trust, and care-centered information.
The website was designed to act as a digital front door for potential clients and families seeking reliable in-home care options, with a modern layout and strong emphasis on usability and responsiveness.

Custom post types and taxonomies allow structured management of care services — personal support, clinical care, transport, respite — enabling visitors to browse with ease.
Responsive UI
Mobile-first responsive design using Bootstrap ensures smooth navigation and readability on phones, tablets, and desktops.
SEO & Analytics Integration
Meta tags, schema markup, clean URLs, and SEO plugins were implemented to maximize visibility on Google and Bing. Google Analytics and Tag Manager provide insights into user behavior and campaign tracking.
