Hotel Emerald, a modern boutique hotel nestled in Kerala, needed a dynamic web presence to cater to urban travelers and business guests. The site empowers both staff and guests, delivering real-time updates on room availability, amenities, packages, and contact options—all through an engaging, mobile-first interface.

🔄 Dynamic CMS & Content Control
Custom build admin panel enables staff to manage room types (Executive, Deluxe, Suite, Family), amenities (e.g., valet parking, gym, free Wi-Fi), breakfast options, and special offers without modifying code.
🛏️ Room Management & Availability
Interactive display of room categories, pricing (â‚ą5,000+ per night), key features like air-conditioning, LCD TVs, buffet breakfast, safety lockers, and valet parking.
📱 Responsive UI & AJAX Enhancements
Built with Bootstrap, jQuery, and AJAX to offer real-time form validation, seamless booking queries, and responsive navigation across all devices.

Enabled listing of offers such as poolside events, corporate bookings, and weekend getaways—all manageable through the CMS.
📧 Contact & Booking Forms
Secure, validated enquiry and booking forms with backend email routing and spam protection ensure direct and trustworthy communication.
🎯 Our Role & Contributions
Collaborated with Hotel Emerald stakeholders to define site structure: rooms, amenities, packages, media galleries, and contact pathways
Implemented custom post types and taxonomies for rooms, deals, and events
Designed and developed a Bootstrap-powered theme consistent with hospitality branding
Added jQuery/AJAX to improve user experience in forms and real-time content filtering
Configured secure data handling with validation and anti-spam measures
Ensured responsive layout and cross-browser compatibility for mobile and desktop users

The Hotel Emerald website now serves as a polished digital front for prospective guests—showcasing room categories, real-time amenities, location benefits, and promotional offers, all while enabling easy content management by hotel staff.
