The site is mobile-optimized using Bootstrap and enhanced with jQuery elements for announcements ticker, event calendars, tabbed views, and dynamic galleries.

🧭 Structure & Content Planning
Collaborated with the MJSSA Kottayam leadership to define clear navigation for lesson resources, parish coordination, events, and student sections—ensuring accessibility across age groups.
🎨 UI/UX Design
Developed a clean, faith-centered interface featuring church-themed visuals, traditional fonts, and iconography that reflects the heritage of the Jacobite Syrian tradition.
🔧 Backend & CMS
Implemented PHP/MySQL-based backend for resource uploads, news/event publishing, exam result posting, and dynamic page management—allowing non-technical staff to easily manage content.
🔁 jQuery & AJAX Enhancements
Added smooth form submissions, tabbed content filtering, and a real-time announcements ticker to ensure a dynamic and user-friendly experience.
🔐 Security & Performance
Ensured secure data handling with HTTPS, input validation, and performance optimizations for better load times—even on mobile networks.
