The Certificate Management Software is a comprehensive digital solution designed specifically for autonomous colleges to streamline the application and issuance of student certificates. It simplifies the process for both current (ongoing) students and alumni (passed-out students), enabling them to request, pay for, and track various academic and administrative certificates online.

Integrated Payment Gateway
Secure online payment integration allows users to make payments for certificate requests directly through the portal. Supports multiple payment methods like UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, etc.
User Roles & Access Control
Students: Apply, pay, and track status
Faculty/Admin: Review applications, approve/reject requests, generate certificates
Principal/Authority: Final approval and digital signing if required
Document Verification & Uploads
Students can upload required supporting documents (e.g., ID proof, mark sheets) at the time of application. Admins can verify and approve them through the backend panel.
Automated Status Updates & Notifications
Applicants receive real-time status updates via email or SMS at each stage: submission, processing, approval, and dispatch.
Certificate Generation & Dispatch
Certificates can be digitally generated in PDF format with college letterhead, QR code (for verification), digital signatures, and a unique certificate number.
They can be:
Downloaded by students (for digital copies)
Printed and collected from the college
Sent via post (if enabled)
Admin Dashboard
A centralized control panel for managing requests, tracking payments, generating reports, and configuring certificate templates and fees.
Reports & Logs
Maintain logs of issued certificates, payment records, user activity, and request timelines for audit and compliance purposes.
